Like Buppie said, optimism is contagious! We went from the extremely slight possibility of winning the HLT to winning Powerball and the NCAA Championship! Nothing like living the dream!

Look, anything is possible.
Yes, we've beaten some of the top teams in the conference this year while getting destroyed by some of the others. What was the result of the game after pulling off the upset? After the Oakland win...we had a 6 game losing streak. After the Cleveland State win? A rather impressive win over a rather impressive Green Bay squad, (sarcasm folks) followed by 2 losses. Our longest winning streak this season? 2 games. It's happened three times. All 3 "streaks" have included beating one of the bottom feeders of the Horizon. The longest winning streak the Panthers have had under Coach Baldwin since he took over? 3 games. A 4 game winning streak against teams not called IUPUI or Green Bay while possible, is about as likely as me getting together with Salma Hayak. And there's really no reason to discuss the possibility of either happening because neither is going to happen.
And I'll go on to say that even if this team somehow pulls off the miracle and goes on to lose the play in game, all while being coached by one of, if not the worst coach in men's Division 1, I still don't want the guy anywhere near the bench next year. Heck, even if they win the play in game to get destroyed by a 1 seed, I have zero desire to see Sr on the bench next year - though I know I will.
