We are aware.
The finals have shifted before ... shifting again would be no big deal.

Oh, OK. Sorry. Didn't mean to bring up a sore point you've probably lamented long enough!

Yea it doesn't exactly have many Panthers fans happy but we will cross that bridge when we come to it.

It's just another reason in 1,000,000 that we need to be either back at campus or in ownership of the Arena downtown.

I don't get why Mark Lazerus writes that it would be a "logistical nightmare" to move the toury back to Milwaukee for the finals if Milwaukee wins their semi-final game. That is the format anyways for the HL best seed left to host the HL Finals. If Milwaukee would've lost to Valpo last season in the semi's, Butler would've hosted the HL Final.
It's still big for the Panthers to be the #1 seed. The semi-final game, would not be versus the host school. Win and come back to Milwaukee! I have to look at this nightmare with the glass half-full.

Assuming that we end up in first place, shouldn't we get the choice as to where the semi-finals would be hosted instead of the runner-up getting the honor? If that's the case, we should move it to Green Bay, easy for our fan base to get to and not so much for any of the other schools.

We should move it to Green Bay. No. The four members of the Green Bay message board would show up in force and give us hell.

The Kotsche Center is a dump and hopefully no one in the athletic deparment is actually considering pitching that plan to the league as Fran reported in the Wright State thread.
I doubt that plan would win the blessing of the league and with good reason.
There should never ever be another men's basketball game there. Pre-season, regular season, tournament, charity exhibition, you name it, it shouldn't be played there.
I'd rather rent The Al or the Kern Center, or several area high school gyms.

We all know the Klotsche Center is bad, but that's on a permanent basis. You couldn't take ONE GAME in there?

I missed the last year of Coach Cobb and the first year of Coach Ryan because I was working a lot of nights and weekends and the team was so bad. I've been too sick to attend twice, out of town on business twice and had a family wedding once. Other than that I can't think of a specific home game I've missed voluntarily between Von McDade and Nebraska Ohmaha which I skipped because it was at the Klotsche. I would find it very difficult to justify attending another game there.

THAT is silly. "Yeah, our team is in first place! BUT SITTING IN THE KLOTSCHE FOR TWO HOURS???"
