So I missed the game, up until the last 10 sec. Sounded like a great game that I missed. Any ways, good win over a team with a household name. This is should help draw in the walk up for the MU Game, hopefully we win over students too and hope they come back after Turkey Day.

I saw J.J. Panoske and Shaq Boga sitting courtside tonight...
Can't imagine a better game to get them excited about joining the program. Though I still think we should have won by double digits (UNI only started to seriously close the gap in the final 10 minutes). But it's a win!
3-2 (1-0 at home). Let's go get Western Michigan!!

Just got back. Great game. We would have won more handily but the reality is that this is a completely different team without Ant on the floor, he had foul trouble and fouled out early. Next year will be tough without Ant, but panther fans should be a lot more excited about this year.
One person I need to call out for being a stud is RYAN ALLEN. Played like an absolute STUD. I was hard on Ryan earlier for being careless with the ball and playing too quickly for his own good, but his athleticism and swagger would be an asset for any team. At the 5 minute mark there was a crucial play in the game. NIU missed a free throw and got the offensive rebound, and their big went to lay it up and got stuffed by Allen from behind. HUGE PLAY. And obviously his stuff as time expired was huge (btw did that 1.6 sec seem long to anyone else?)
Clutch shot by Tone to end the game. He seems to be letting the shots open up for him rather than forcing things.
Very nice game. A little slow at times, but we looked for open shots and played sound defense instead of trying to run and gun (almost like badger ball I hate to say)
Props to the team and fans for helping to send Chip Rank and NIU packing. I'm sure one of the reasons they want a home and home with us is to further recruit our back yard. That plan will backfire if they continually get beat. They can have all the soft, picket-fence having gourmet jam eating cedarburg kids they want, and the real players will come ball for the real panthers.
Wooo Hooooooooooo

Great game. Great show by Tone.
The 1.6 seconds was changed to 2.4 seconds.
The second half lacked offensive flow too many times. Don't want to look ahead, but the team will need to play more consistent offense to compete against Marquette.
