And now Mertz is positive for the virus. How long will it take for college administrators to look themselves in the mirror and say “My God, what were we thinking?” Hopefully this finally shuts the door on the idea that college administrators care about anything other than money. If we want to talk about a hoax, let's consider the "student athlete" ideology. I love this post so hard I wanna inject this sh*t in my veins.

At this point in the college football season, one could argue COVID might help Michigan and Penn State.

I hate to sound like Debbie Downer, but here goes...
New Mexico State has announced it is moving the entire Men's basketball operation to a resort in Phoenix for at least the next five weeks due to Covid-19 restrictions in New Mexico.
With the news of each passing day, I am becoming less and less optimistic about any college basketball team getting through the upcoming season. We will see.

It's quite apparent, CP, that we're going to need either a months-long delay or some kind of bubble. At our health club in Chicagoland, the restrictions just got a whole lot tighter. We're going in the wrong direction as the season approaches.

People who may have been exposed to the coronavirus but are asymptomatic can end their quarantine after 7 days, instead of 14, if they test negative, the CDC said. I hope the NCAA changes their shutdown for a team.

Yup, this is the best way to ensure we can go to Panther games safely next season. I got my vaccine almost two weeks ago and haven’t had any negative effects.

This upcoming Sunday at 8:16 PM will be exactly 2 weeks since my second shot of the Pfizer vaccine. Looking forward to eating in a restaurant for the first time in almost 14 months sometime thereafter. I will continue to be cautious for a long time though. Hoping to have a chance to see a Panther game or two in person this winter.
