I think we all agree that Western Michigan is quite capable of beating us on its court.
Accepting that premise, I don't think you would like the answer to the question of what the team would look like without Kaylon, gman.
He is indeed our most valuable player. Would the Panthers go even 6-12 without him?

It will be played and treated just like any other game.
The bench will get minutes depending upon how the game is going. If we're up by 15 to 20, you'll see those guys towards the end of the bench get minutes.
However, that still doesn't mean I want to see more than 5 minutes of Paris on the court. I can't take any more air balls from a shooting guard. At least when Evan misses, he's hitting the rim, and it usually bounces around the rim a couple of times.

I do not think WMU will score 62 points on us.
"Fatigue could become a factor for the Broncos, who will have just nine healthy bodies, including three guards, suited up."
Key point. Plus their starting PG is out. I think we should turn up the tempo a bit in this game. Run a little more and wear them down.

For Milwaukee: Seniors Kaylon Williams (6-3, 12.3) and Ryan Allen (6-3, 9.5) and junior Paris Gulley (6-2, 4.8) at guards. Junior James Haarsma (6-7, 9.7) and sophomore Kyle Kelm (6-9, 8.6) at forwards.
Western Michigan starts two forwards and a center. Time to make a switch?

"Western Michigan starts two forwards and a center. Time to make a switch? "
- Do I even need to answer that question?
You know, with the way this team plays defense, I don't know if they wouldn't be better served turning up the pace a little bit on offense. Try to push the ball some more, get some easy transition buckets, and simply just get up more shots. I think a few of our players would benefit from the faster pace.

I would love to see Kaylon, Ryan, Tony, Kyle and James start tonight.
Need to get Shaq more time at the PG to help give him and the coaches the confidence that he can spell Kaylon some minutes. I would also like to see Kyle get back to pre-shoulder injury playing, like it was said elsewhere he had two games where he wasnt as good as he has been so hopefully this is a game where he can bring it all back together.

I'm for Shaq getting time on the court if we have the game in hand or Kaylon is dead tired. Gman's point is that the game doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. My take? Absolutely not. Here's why: Victory at WMU is far from meaningless

My thoughts exactly Jimmy. Seeding DOES matter.

I'll let the rest of you argue about how important the game is. I just want to see us get better. We played hard but not always well against Butler. Let's play hard and play better against WMU.

I'll just summarize my feelings on the game this way:
If we get better tonight, we win. If we take a step back, we lose.
Pretty simple, really.

I want to see a game in which Kaylan Williams doesn't have to play point for 36 plus minutes for Milwaukee to get a victory.
