Anything back on your e-mails?

Anything back on your e-mails? Nada. Usually Rick will have at least sent me something thanking me for bringing the issue to light, but nothing as of yet. Edit: I don't care if I get an e-mail as much as I care we don't make the mistake of sitting on our hands.

Haven't these events been moved yet?

I fear that if it's only me requesting a change, then it's just "Jimmy being Jimmy"

When would they move it to, and where? If there's no baseball game on Saturday I suppose you could move it to Saturday -- but it's probably not that simple. Chances are that the Klotsche is spoken for. Maybe the Brewers will sweep. Otherwise, you could always bring your transistor radio.

Plus, they sent out letters in the mail about this Friday.

I got back a message from someone in the department. Too late to reschedule.
Tough luck.

They are in the same spot as Marquette, which is also having its event on Friday evening. Nobody's fault, just an unfortunate coincidence.
Doesn't matter to me. I'll be there.

Of course, Marquette students aren't nearly as interested in this or any other Brewers series as are those at this school.
What's the over/under on probable attendance for this event? Twenty?

Well, look at it this way. More people will probably attend than if it was up against a run of the mill Packer regular season game. But yes, it will be cozy. Like I said, it's unfortunate, but it's not like anyone there won't be able to follow the baseball game somehow.

The show must go on! The high school football games in the area are all still being played.

I'm just glad that I've graduated, not in the band anymore, and don't have to make the decision whether to bring a radio/computer to watch the brewer game. Needless to say I will not be attending the madness this year. (unless we have a catastrophic collapse like last night)

I also don't know if I'll be attending the Madness. Game 5 takes precedence.

Looking forward to Panther Madness. I'd be cool if they passed out coupons for Panthers merchandise b/c I REALLY like the new Ping golf shirt but can't justify spending $60 on it. I'd love to load up on new Panthers gear but NCAA apparel is just so damn expensive.
