Those renderings are old and to the best of my knowledge don't reflect current thinking. But honestly I don't know what the status of arena planning is. Whatever it is, it's long term. If you have $25M handy, we can move that up.
As for where and what, I have heard some substantially different ideas since I was shown those renderings a year ago.
Was at the UNI game on Saturday at the McLeod Center. What a tremendous mid-major facility. Jimmy tells me they built it for around $30M. Something like that, and right around that size, would be ideal for Milwaukee.
