Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee and even possibly TAMU. Nervous times (aren't they always?) for the giggles.

Now its time to focus on the off-season without the unneeded drama!!! I'm sure we'll find something.

No idea what would give them the idea that Jeter is holding out for Marquette. Why on earth would Buzz Williams leave Marquette? There are no Indianas opening up. Oklahoma Eh. How many national titles does Oklahoma have? Does Oklahoma play in what is generally accepted to be the deepest (if not best) conference in the nation? I could maybe see Tennessee, being that he's a Southern boy, but Marquette is a perennially contending Big East school that spends an absolute ton on its basketball program. The only step up that Williams could take would be to go to a program with deeper basketball tradition the way Crean did, and there are no vacancies of that magnitude. There's really no way Buzz Williams could go to another job while taking a step up in his career. People still think about Marquette like they're a mid-major team, I think. Which is why all this Buzz buzz* has taken hold. * Sorry

Well, if Oklahoma was his childhood school then I could see it being a draw. But I don't think it's a better opportunity by any means.

Supposedly Buzz is #1 on Arkansas' s wish list. And he supposedly has family there also.

I just find it funny that of the people commenting on the Jeter story on JSOnline, you can tell that 2/3 of them are still living in the BP era...

The picture on that article made me chuckle because I had just read BP's piece on Dual Allegiance and sure enough there's a guy with a UW hoodie in the background. (However, it could be the UW vs. Milwaukee game, but I don't think so because Pounce is there)

Oklahoma is a better job than Marquette and it's not very close. I would think Buzz will be interviewing there on Friday or Saturday at the latest (no way they beat Carolina).

I am curious as to what your thoughts are because I was having a hard time deciding on this very matter.
