Does anyone think that the schedule is done? I hope we don't have to wait untill the Labor Day weekend again for the schedule to come out.

Yeah, when I talked to someone a few weeks ago it sounded like there was just one date to fill -- but of course that last slot can be problematic, as witness the need to get a D2 team last year to fill it.
But all in all it's shaping up to be a terrific schedule both home and road for the Panthers this year.

Wow. I'm actually pretty surprised by it was that recent. Seems like we've always been wondering in mid-September when the full schedule was coming out. But the only other times in recent years (i.e. available in the uwmpanthers.com archives) that the schedule was released before Labor Day were Aug. 8, 2001 and Aug. 15, 2000. So we can assume it is likely the schedule will come out in the weeks following Labor Day. I'd be pleasantly surprised and happy if that wasn't the case. |

It looks like they need 2 to 3 more roads games and maybe one home game.

By my count they are 2 more games left to be scheduled. The NCAA allows 28 games in the regular season and 2 exhibition games. The Tournament in Portland is exempt and only counts as 1 game.
