Unfortunately Leek may have a Junior College in his near future form what I hear fwiw...2nd hand but possible...

That's what I'm hearing as well (secondhand also). It's so difficult for foreign kids to come in and get the grades they need to get into college;
Hopefully Leek qualifies. Otherwise, good luck to him.

Agree Jimmy...hope it works out for us with him here but if not definitely for him somewhere.... bottomline, finally really starting to like how the roster is shaping up and the general overall upgrade in quality of recruiting....exciting schedule shaping up for next year too...

Was this the guy the Panthers wanted? I know they offered him a scholarship. I can't answer as to whether he was a top target, but I know there was interest. I'm guessing the staff had a pretty good idea we had longer odds of getting him to commit... |

To the best of my knowledge, Barnett was #4 on our target list.
#1, #2, and #3 are all still unsigned.

I believe Barnett was offered to walk-on for a year and then a scholly the following season.
