I'm not. We were talking about it at the women's game tonight, and the guys like beating UIC. More than most teams, at least.

well, gotta take care of business tomorrow night, with or without AT and Massiah.
Butler won last night so the next two conference games are must wins. if they keep playing with the intensity we've seen the last 2 games Milwaukee will be fine. i doubt they look past this one as UIC, good or bad, will always bring some interest. look forward to watching this one.

Hmmm...UIC plays better on the road than they do at home. With that in mind, my psychic abilities tell me that...
With Tigert, UWM wins by 28...
Without Tigert, UWM wins by 18...
Either way, you have little to worry about. I do, however, predict that Jeffers will have a monster game since his last game against Loyola was horrible.
And UWM has no reason to overlook this game. If they overlook a conference game when there is only one loss separating them from 2nd place, then something is wrong....so that can't be a valid excuse if UIC somehow pulls off the miracle.

Basketball is different from science. Not every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Your boy Jeffers is going down Wednesday night, plain and simple, and I'm going to be front row to see it happen. Newton's law aside, UIC is in a downward spiral. I'm not saying that our team thinks UIC is a pushover; quite the opposite, they're fixing to put the Flames where they belong: down South.

Well I'm kind of stuck on this game. I'm getting 14 1/2, which to me seems like a lot. So here's my questions, Are you guys coming out in full force today, and are you guys going to be riding any of the players like you did Martell. Also is AT going to play today. Not that i believe that will swing a huge amount of points but every point helps.
Update- 13 1/2 getting better

If we apply pressure like we have the past two games: UWM by 22.
If we apply pressure like we did in the losses to Butler and Wright St.: UWM by 6.

My prediction:
10 point lead at the 10 minute mark.
Joah keeps his ass in the paint and has a dominating game. Boo hits 4 of 7 from 3. Ford plays well. Hill plays his usual steady game. The Bench doesn't hurt us.
Panthers by 18.

Rivalry game. Our best player hurt. Nothing to lose for an underachieving road team that has talent. Scary game.
Just win baby.

No way does UWM win by 28 or 18 I see UWM taking this game by 12-14 points Hmmm...UIC plays better on the road than they do at home. With that in mind, my psychic abilities tell me that...
