Sweep the leg, Milwaukee. Sweep the leg. Oh man, this is the best quote ever.

I'd say that perhaps just the way the schedule worked out but I suspect there's some leeway here. If there is I hope Bud raises hell about it. He does and continues to get the same response, "that is something that we will look into for next year, but sorry that you feel that way" or something to that extent, LAME It's not that Lecrone hates mid-majors, its just that it seems so more inducive for him to give favorable schedule to the hometown team (realize that the HL office is in Indy) than it is to try and give a priority scheduling to the team that right now is the face of your conference. and before any BU fans come on and starting saying that i'm drumming up conspicary theories and all other sorts of non-sense (not like we haven't seen them do it before), it is just my opinion, i have no facts on how the scheduling is done, but if you look at a golbal picture of it it does look like some teams get the shaft a lot more often than other teams do.

ok my little rant aside this game is gonna be a rough one again i think.
you got a team that will be chomping at teh bit just to get a W (come on Loyola is still in the running to get that at-large bid that their board has been talking about right?)
they have been playing badly lately yes but this is the most oprotune time to get things straightened out. You go up against the big boy in the conference and you are gonna be pumped and ready to go, but we will see.
i hope we wax the floor with them, but i am not sure if that will happen.
my prediction:
UWM 66 Loyola 59
leading scorer(for UWM) will be Joah with 18 leading rebounder Tigert with 11 im guessing Hill will have big free-throws to hit late in the game to seal it.
but just my gut feeling

Loyola is dangerous and let's not forget their big freshman recruit is from Dominican. I'm sure he will want to impress his family and friends in his Cell debut.

Thats true milwsport. That leads me to predict he will have a horid game trying too hard to impress the home town fans.

I imagine the league wanted that Detroit game at the cell to be the game of the year...our last regular season game of the year to decide the conference....but I agree I dont like the fact that we have a large amount of games over break so students dont get to see them..but I guess u play the hand that u are dealt

For some reason when I think of Majak Kou my mind always strays to Duany Duany. Someone should post a picture...

Vegas line is 11½ ... that's a lot of wood to cover. Not so sure I would take that bet with UWM's production lately.

One of the reasons Milwaukee's game with Loyola is important is recruiting. Coach Whitesell has made it a point to target Wisconsin kids for his program - Levin, Blount, and Polka. With a boatload of D1 schools in the Chicagoland area (not to mention the whole state of Illinois) Whitesell has made it a point to recruit against the three D1 schools in Wisconsin - sorry, GB make that four. Milwaukee and Loyola will be going after a lot of the same kids in the years to come. Taking care of them at home is important.
