THAT'S IT THIS UWM VS MARQUETTE DEBATE IS OVER! Now all of you go back to your corners and come out talking about UWM vs. Tennessee Tech.

does anyone else think Pearl might be in attendance tonight? Cookeville is 2 hours west of Knoxville and UT doesn't play until Wednesday. i wouldn't be surprised if he shows up.

I believe coaches are not allowed to do live scouting of teams in the regualr season (pre-season and post-season tourney's are excluded I believe).

I would doubt if he would be there. I'm sure he wouldn't want to be considered a distraction.

I believe the rule is that coaches cannot watch games in person that they are not involved in in-season. Only can watch by television or tapes. About 95% sure on that one.....

I'm staying with my feeling that any win on the road in college basketball is a good win. I'll take a one point win over TN Tech in a heartbeat.
GO PANTHERS

As someone said above, take a one point win HAPPILY. I think this is going to be an extremely difficult game for us. If the UI game was any indication, there is still a lot to work on. And a crackerbox gym can in many ways be more unnerving than a big arena like Memphis's.
If we win tonight it will require that the seniors play like seniors.

Due to expected bad weather in TN, the "holiday parade" has been cancelled. I'd be surprised if there are more than 1,000 people there tonight - a break for our Panthers.
UWM - 77 TTU - 71
