Too bad about the ridiculously long winter break. The next four home games occur before the students return to class on January 23.
Regardless, it is up to the community to show up. Hopefully we get a surprisingly nice turnout for the first place battle this Thursday.
Anyone know if the student band, cheerleaders and/or dance team will be at each or any of these next four games? Or will we be left with nothing but the fourth string guy to dress up as Pounce?

The next hurdle for the Panthers to accomplish is winning D1 games at the Arena other than against the likes of lowly IUPUI. They have not done it yet. I think they can, but will feel better when it regularly occurs.

Isn't many of the students local? It would be nice if a few can show up.
We need our season ticket base to show up. Weather will be fine this week. No snow. Above freezing. No Fiserv Forum event on Thursday night. Meaning parking should be easy.

I would be pleasantly surprised if an actual student section would form, but am not expecting it. Maybe just as well if no complete college game experience (no band, cheerleaders and dance team?). I have no first hand knowledge, but guess that may have to wait until the second half of the conference home schedule. |

I'm more disapointed. 2 of 3 games on campus of the Brew City Classic had no band. OK, fine. IUPUI on Dec. 3 at the Arena had no band. Now, two games this week. When Coach is asking more people to show up at games, yet we can't have our pep band. That just sends mix messages in my book. |

It is disappointing that they are kind of putting it on the fans to show up but the university doesn't seem to be doing their part. Is there any way to get Bart or any of his assistants on local radio?
