Milwaukee 8-4 (2-0) At Oakland 2-11 (0-2)
When: Thursday Time: 6:00pm
Streaming: ESPN + Radio: 101.7FM
This stretch of 17 days between games is the second-longest such stretch between contests in MKE's NCAA Division I era. It is second only to 19 days between games during the 1993-94 season when they hosted New Hampshire Dec. 11 and then traveled to take on Fairfield Dec. 31. The team is also looking for its first 3-0 league start since 2011-12.

In other words, the 23 days between games against D1 competition is the longest in-season stretch of no D1 games in the program's D1 history.

Don't sleep on the Grizzlies. They are better than their record and the ratings suggest, especially at home.

Rip Van Winkle just awoke and exclaimed, "Well, I guess I didn't miss anything!"

Hopefully the Panthers can get off to a good start in tonight's game. This is something they have not done well in the non-conference season. Quite frankly, they started off horribly on the road at Iowa State and Chattanooga, and were not very good in the entire first half at home against a vastly overmatched North Park team. The lack of competition these past few weeks probably does not help with getting off to a good start either.
Oakland is playing it's first home game since November 19. That is SIX WEEKS! Most recently, they played at tough venues - Syracuse, Boise State and Michigan State. Before that they almost won at one of the conference favorites, Fort Wayne, only to lose in overtime. I am sure Greg Kampe is using tonight's return to the O'rena as motivation for a fresh start. If the Grizzlies get up big early, they will be tough to come back against.
Bart Lundy said after the St. Thomas loss perhaps his team took the Tommies too lightly. Hopefully we do not hear a similar comment from him about the Grizzlies after tonight's game.
Oakland is not your typical 330+ team. Perhaps the Panthers win this one, but let's not panic if things do not go well tonight.

Anybody else have to turn their TV all the way up to hear it? Also seems like half the lights are off in the O'rena. What a sh*t product of a broadcast, and we have to listen to this clown announce who might be the worst play by play guy in the HL.

Another ugly start for the Panthers. This seems to be a trend. Maybe I’m missing something, but it feels like Milwaukee has been sluggish out of the gate every game since the Boston U game.

Zones continue to be a major problem. Not sure why we dont attack the gaps and kick for 3. Seems like the way to play this instead of passing 30 feet from the hoop.

Thank God we're only subjected to this "OF COURSE!" jerkoff once a year!
I can't stand him!
And another thing, you think they'd use colors on the score chyron where you can actually see how many points Oakland has..
Is that too much to ask? Evidently..
