YSU freshmen Darius Quisenberry and Jelani Simmons each posted career-scoring highs, but suffered a 99-93 overtime loss to Green Bay. Quisenberry led the Penguins with 24 points on 6-of-9 shooting from the field, including a pair of 3-pointers, and went 10-for-10 from the free-throw line. He also dished out five assists. Simmons made a career-high five 3-pointers and finished with 17 points on 6-of-7 shooting from the floor. Junior Donel Cathcart III posted 15 points with three 3-pointers and junior Devin Morgan added 11 points with four assists.

Fun Fact: Against D1 opponents Panthers are 5-5 when trailing at halftime and 0-4 when tied or leading.
Key to the YSU and subsequent games - trail at halftime???

This game will not be streamed on ESPN+ or ESPN3. The same thing happened with the other My24 broadcast, which was the North Dakota home game. I will be relegated to the radio broadcast on my way down to the big Seattle vs GCU WAC matchup.
Local over-the-air TV exposure is always good for the program. I get that. But hey UWM, I live in Arizona. It is not MY 24! Nor is it for anyone living in Youngstown or elsewhere outside of southeast Wisconsin. Why limit the exposure??? I don't get that.

Their rebounding is a problem... as is their 9% shooting from 3. The Panthers are lucky to only be down by 6 right now.
The Panthers have a weird habit of being absolutely dreadful in the first half at home this year.

I haven't been to a Panther game in years and used to pine for getting the games on TV. Those days are over and I'm turning the game off now. Embarrassing!
