Well crap.
Whoever the coach will be, there's no reason why it can't be wrapped up by Friday. Even if the press conference isn't held until Monday, get him in, get him in front of the team and start moving forward with preparing for next season.

I'm sure he's covering for Billeter.
He should be the hire at SDSU anyways.

Well that's underwhelming.
I'll wait for the smart people to explain how this is any different than hiring Rob Jeter 11 years ago.
Get ready to watch games in 50's and 60's the next four years. Weeeee!!!!!

Wasn't necessarily my first choice out of the names that were thrown out there either, but RJ had 11 years to get the job done and didn't maintain the level of play that was in place. Jordan has my support. Welcome to the Black and Gold Coach Jordan!

Weeeee!!!!! I understand your skepticism 97, but give him a chance. I was hoping for TJO personally, but everything I've heard about Jordan is positive stuff. Let's rally around the program for a change until we are given a reason not to. Welcome coach!

Get ready to watch games in 50's and 60's the next four years. Weeeee!!!!! Lavall will have his own system. How long ago did Rob abandon the swing offense? Regardless of who was selected, he's the coach and he has my support. Hopefully the press conference is tomorrow afternoon so I can attend.

Jordan said all the right things and I'm cautiously optimistic. While not my first or second choice, he deserves everyone's support. I echo what 'Holic said in a different thread: the need to expand the donor base is absolutely essential to get where they need to be.
