Shocking. 0 points in first 4 minutes after halftime. New plan. At halftime, instead of going to the locker room for a chalk talk, players are dispatched to the concession stands and bleachers to visit with family and friends. With three minutes left before the second half, they return to the bench with more energy than they've had at any point over the last several seasons.

You may be onto something here.....a real hallmark of the Jeter era has been countless games where we come out of halftime and the other team has made adjustments and we are flat going a long time without a bucket. How many times have we seen that the last eight years? One other thing regarding a different thread and comments on players fulfililling potential...not sure what to make of that but if I am not mistaken other than Rob's first year with all inherited players I think the next 7 soon to be 8 have not had a single first team all conference selection... just sayin...

I've said it before and I'll say it again:
The first 5 minutes of the second half are consistently the 5 most significant minutes in a college basketball game.

Good catch there!!! Giving credit where it is due, Anthony really improved and came on as a heck of a good player in the HL under Jeters tutorage. So he is only one...oh well
