Once again we're going to have a running forum thread at PantherU for today's game. Yesterday's game reached 19 pages, I wonder if we can top it today. I know that there's plenty of things that fans can say, that's for sure. If you want to take part in the running conversation or just read what people are saying, I have the link below to the thread. One reason you all may want to join (once again, this is the part of the totally free section of the boards - you're more than welcome to pay if you want premium news and to help support the work) is that vBulletin updates threads on reply without having to reload the page, something it has to do here repeatedly. Our forum is also a lot safer from spam; we approve all new members so spammers don't get through, and the vBulletin software isn't going to delete people's screen names and post counts just out of nowhere. So no "ghostofeveryone" out there. Anyways, even if you don't want to join, the thread should be lively enough that you can read what people are writing while you listen to the game. Actually, the "ghostof" phenom is from people voluntarily quitting the board over frustration with the team. I am merely a ghost of my former super fan identity. When people returned they either forgot their password or had to create a new identity. In other words, our program is dying on the vine as more fans leave every year, and we're lucky to have a few return.

At least our program is predictable. Its the same scenario every year. Just wait -- we'll have a nice little run during conference, the few fans that remain will jump back on the bandwagon, and then we'll be disappointed in a lesser tournament.

Nothing about this team inspires confidence or capability. looks like at this point, there is no way i can use the excuse of there is a game to go to so that i can skip a family gathering this year, since im not sure that watching this team live would be anymore enjoyable.......not sure what to say anymore about the state of this team that hasn't already been touched upon.... |

These are two programs that you should not be losing by double digits too... And really getting smoked the entire game... It's time to turn this season around or risk having it slip away early. You can't go into conference play with 7-9 losses. I am honestly emabarrased that we got beat by Jacksonville, and now Rider. Hopefully the team is as well, and the coaching staff. The AD needs to put the heat on Jeter and start expecting more right now.
