Just set up personal screens in the arena so people can watch both games, because it will be really funny to watch Jimmy blow a gasket about it

BB Fran, the only home the Panthers have at the same time MU plays at the Bradley Center is Jan. 31. YSU and MU plays Seton Hall.
UWM staff has told me in the past they try to avoid playing when MU is at the Bradley Center and Packers game. They want every and any fan at the Cell. Didn't really say anything about the Bucks.

I should put a smiley face at the end of that short post...I don't want you to think I'm actually angry.

I think it's implied; they probably tailored their answer to you, the owner of season-tickets to both places. And it fits - try to schedule away from the Bucks, Golden Eagles, and Packers, and Badgers if you can. Of course, doesn't this theory lend itself to my belief that Panther Madness shouldn't have ran up against the Brewers in the playoffs? I know you guys have gotten on me for it, but if this is the policy of the athletics department, the Madness/Playoffs would too. Imagine the attendance at that event if it didn't go up against the biggest Brewer game in 29 years. I'm sure that the Panthers don't play on the same day as the Packers playoff games. If they do, you'd better believe the Panthers are going to change the start time so as not to run up against the Packer game.

BP- Let me answer you here. 1) I think when I heard about the Panthers doing different times not to conflict with MU, the talk was with 2 other people with me standing right by. I think this might have been 4 years ago. So, in this case, I don't think it was implied to me.
2) Panther Madness is free, the need to move the event is not there because it's free.
3)Why is the Jan. 7th Green Bay at Milwaukee game, time TBD? NFL wildcard weekend maybe? Texas Southern at Milwaukee on Nov. 20 is 4pm because the Packers play at noon. Why is Dec.3rd UIC game at 1pm. It's not a HLN TV game. MU-UW is at 3:30pm and BigTen Title game is at 7pm. So, Milwaukee is doing what you want and should be doing.

I was very disappointed to find that this year there are eleven instances when Milwaukee plays games at the exact same time and date that Wisconsin plays games. My recollection from past years is that there would only be four or five such conflicts. Worse, there are a couple instances where really big rivalry games conflict. Panther basketball - Wrong for Wisconsin, Wrong for America!

I'll definitely show up, if for no other reason than to collect my season tix.
Sec. 306 for me this year, see you all at the scrimmage.

Despite not being interested in beating a dead horse, if Madness isn't important enough to be moved, it's not important enough to have period.

By that logic nothing is important enough to have and nothing is important enough to move.

By that logic nothing is important enough to have and nothing is important enough to move. It's almost like it's...illogical.

You can pick-up your season-tickets at the scrimmage. If you don't plan on going to the scrimmage, they will be mailed out on Friday. The tickets will have the printed book of 15 games and 1 ticketmaster ticket for the Nebraska-Omaha game.

Shaq and Demetrius are deadly.

Well, that was interesting.
Meier is out 6 weeks at least, Lonnie has a separated shoulder and should miss 2 or 3, Panoske played but not very well and didn't score (but he did have I think 4 blocks), the game was tied at 34 at the end of the third quarter which should tell you how well it was played.
Meier as a shooter will definitely be missed, but Demetrius looks great and Haarsma could be better than Hill, so his presence on the block can be made up for. Boga and Harris had a nice rapport off the pick and roll, and Shaq had a couple nice double-team splits for scores. Shaq just looked flat-out great; he created easy looks for himself and others, got to the line and converted, and nailed a long 3-pointer. The gulf between him and Kaylon isn't very huge. Kelm had a thunderous two-handed dunk in traffic and looks a lot more physical than last year.
Also Haggerty is at least 6'8" now, but that's not particularly meaningful.
