"I know one team that is happy we're winning: Marquette."
Milwaukee is currently Marquette's fifth-best win of the season (after Notre Dame, Syracuse, West Virginia and Bucknell).
Records vs. RPI top 50 Milwaukee -- 2-2 Marquette -- 3-10
Records vs. RPI top 100 Milwaukee -- 4-5 Marquette -- 5-11
Weird, wild stuff.

Great atmosphere and great game. Coach Jeter was doing a lot of coaching and held his composure despite some really poor officiating at times. I've been longing for a game like this for years, and I'm glad I forced myself to go even though I wasn't feeling the greatest. My stomach was in knots at the end and I couldn't tell whether it was from the missed free throws and offensive rebounds surrendered, or from being sick. It was likely a combination.
Everyone played great, especially the seniors. Ryan Allens energy was key for us, and I hope he is back for Buffalo. I'm not so sure that was a harmless foul by wood either, it looked like a little bit of frustration to me.
It was nice to see how excited all of the players and coaches were after the game. I like how they all go to that old time panther player in the wheelchair who sits courtside. Its nice to see pride and tradition alive and well at panther games.

That would be Larry Reed, one of the best athletes the program has ever seen. 1500+ career points and 1500+ career rebounds.

One thing that wasn't so great was the update on the scoreboard that the next panthers home game is the first round of the Horizon league tournament. Our own people counting us out for the double bye? A simple unfortunate oversight. One thing that is inexcusable IMO was the fan giveaways. Specifically 3 lucky winners would get one of the following; 1. An authentic Panther jersey. 2. Season tickets for next year 3. Tickets to a badger game. ARE YOU SERIOUS. I told the people I was with that it had to be tickets to the badger panther game at the cell, and I hope to hell thats the case. If not, then whoever's idea that was, HAVE SOME PRIDE. Do you think Butler gives IU tickets away at games? Does Valpo raffle off Purdue tickets? Take our team a little more seriously please. Again if its tickets to the Panther game at the cell, then no worries.
