Would love to take this one and make it 7 in a row as well as make a push for a top 2 seed in the HLT.
If we don't get a double-bye we will at least have one more home game after this left.

God can you imagine if they pulled off a 2 seed? Either way, what a turnaround.

God can you imagine if they pulled off a 2 seed? Either way, what a turnaround. Considering how the board sounded before we went on this winning streak it would be truly amazing. It would be completely insane if we hosted the title game as the #2 due to #1 going down in the semi's! ;D ;D Winning the conference outright would involve us winning this game and then having other things happen so I cannot wait to see how the rest of the season unfolds!

This is quite simply the most important regular-season game the program has played in the last five years ... and would be exceeded only by the Cleveland State game on Feb. 24.

A win clinches at least the 5-seed (and a better conference record than last year). It's also obviously crucial to the hopes of winning the conference.

I know we own the tiebreaker, but look out for Butler. They have a very easy schedule and probably won't lose again. If we drop just one, I'm afraid they're going to catch us.

Great win streak, just wish I could have seen the games and will miss this one as well.

The team and our Seniors deserve a good turnout for this game. I would like to see at least 5-6k in attendance, considering the win streak were on, it being senior night, and not to mention the massive implications of the game.
To echo dylan, this is the biggest game the program has played in 5 years. We need to win the HLT in order to make the tournament, and a 2 seed or better would be clutch. This team also has NIT and CIT implications thanks to its recent consistent play.

What a sad sight it is to see that 1 lone ticket left on the season ticket sheet. Where has the season gone?
A win here puts us in good position to grab that double bye. The way this team plays at times, getting those 2 games off would be HUGE. Obviously, we all know the Panthers can beat anyone in our league at anytime. But unfortunately, we've also proven that we can easily have one of our "off days" and lose to a Loyola, YSU or UIC. That's why it'd be nice to only have to win 2 games instead of 4.
As nice as it would be to have 1 more home game, I'd much rather this be the last and hope for a HL title game back in Milwaukee.
I know I'm not breaking any new ground here with my input, but this game is huge as far as our hopes for post-season play!

"Unfortunately, we've also proven that we can easily have one of our 'off days' and lose to a Loyola, YSU or UIC. "
What's noteworthy, I think, is that the Panthers haven't had one of those "gong" games since Jan. 21, the last time these teams met. It's now Feb. 14. That's a good stretch of time.

Feels to me like some of that Packer's swagger has rubbed off on our Panthers. They're building momentum and confidence at the right time. A win against Valpo will be huge.
Let's hope for a great atmosphere and even better game this Wednesday. No let downs!

Dear Student Section:
Please make a sign (or signs) that read:
Yellow and Brown? Flush it Down!
The same chant would also be appreciated.

Couldn't agree with you more. If all goes as plan, the YSU game might top it though. I can't believe YSU might be the highlight game of the year.
