Does anyone recall the "Just say No to Jeter" campaign? Yes. Jason Shay would come cheap I would think. At least we'd be fun to watch again.

We've got an offense that basically relies on the outside because the inside disappears once the competition gets tougher. Williams has proven he is a passer leading the MVC and when the open man flashes he finds him even at Milwaukee the problem is that doesn't exist. Just a run around the outside type of game. Do you ever watch the sceens and cuts off them? There is no shoulder to hip cut and screens are worthless. Hardly ever any high ball screen slips, it is just blah. When the ball does get inside it's usually stuck there while nothing happens (no comment). At S. D. st when the ball was dished inside and they brought help we dished it to a flashing player for easy buckets. None of that anymore. The ball sits in there usually ending up in a turnover or forced shot. Live by the outside, die by the outside and vs a team hitting nearly 70% from three just forget it anyway. Move on

I wasn't expecting a win at the Nutter Center, but damn... I'm glad you said that. Honestly, who expected us to win? I did not. When you don't expect to beat team that's no better than fourth in your conference, isn't it time for complete examination of where you are as a program and a coach?

He knows he has job security for a while, so why not lower the expectations here so much, that by the time his contract is up he can have a 18 win season at lowly wisconsin-milwaukee, and parlay that into his next gig. Its working, I would feel tickled pink if we can compete against middle of the pack conference teams. Where did that team go that played N. Iowa?

PantherLou I don't know if you are being sarcastic or not. I am not saying that we have that one move on offense. I am saying that I don't know of any move on offense.

Paging Chuck Barris to the black courtesy phone. Chuck Barris to the black courtesy phone please.
After only one such game a year ago (Marquette), this was our sixth "gong" game of the season ... and I don't think it'll be our last.
Butler wouldn't have a performance like this in Durham, Lawrence or Madison, the toughest places to play in college basketball.
This program is in immediate need of some serious introspection.
