Five minutes to tipoff ... embarrassingly empty (compared to what many expected).

ive been waiting for this game ever since the 5 year deal was made....i have flu like symptoms and i dont know if i can go, i'll see if i feel better in an hour but if i cant go, and milwaukee wins, you might have to put me on a suicide watch but regardless go panthers Same for me, I had every intention of driving back from Battle Creek, MI (visiting family) strictly for this game, but then late last night my fiance's brother was brought to the ER for his illness and my fiance has been sick today, and thus, I'm missing it.

Let's see much more of that and much less of the 'team' that played WMU? Please and Thank You. And cheers to most of the Marquette fans. The only specific ones not included were the group that sat in out seats and didn't believe us when we told them. Even joking about 'That Milwaukee education'. Good to see where 'That Marquette education' got them. ;D But they were overwhelmingly great guests.

I've never been prouder of the men's basketball players and coaches after a regular-season game. Toward the end, I was yelling, "Do it for all the guys who never had this chance."
Astonishing to me in the wake of Tuesday's debacle, the Panthers nearly pulled it off.
There's many other things to say about this, but I would like to add that everyone on both sides appeared to be well-behaved and gracious -- a positive reflection of both programs.
Let's sign the paperwork for a 2 for 1 right now. It's a series that's certainly worth renewing.

I do believe I called this one. But I thought it would be 7 or 8 points, not 3.
Big East officials called this game. There's that.
My throat hurts.

I thought the refs were just fine.
Great college basketball game tonight.
It's a shame so many people missed it. That place should have been filled tonight.

This game was there for the taking tonight. Aside from DJO, Marquette was brutal tonight. It's too bad Milwaukee forgot to guard in the 1st half.
