Exhibition Game 2 vs. Carroll Pioneers Date: Saturday Nov. 6, 2010 Location: Klotsche Center Time: 7:00 pm CT TV: No TV Radio: None Internet: www.horizonleaguenetwork.tv/live/1789Last time out the Panthers ran all over the MSOE Raiders and crused to a 49pt win, 86-37. Every player saw some time, even former team manager turned player Mitch Roelke. (I hear his nickname is Rudy...get it) This should be another tune up for players and coaches alike. Another shot to fine tune the rotation and for players to fine tune play before they head out on the killer 4 games in 6 days road trip to play in the AIA Classic at Portland and then head from Portland to Niagara for the Bracketbuster return game. I expect PantherU.com to post their game preview, letting us know who and what Carroll is all about. |

George Haas is an assistant coach for the Pioneers, who many of you may recognize as the former head coach for Tosa East. He was in the audience Monday.

I despise that guy. agreed, my HS (King) lost in the sectional finals 2 years in a row to those d-bags from tosa east. to be fair it was the scott meritt-devin harris squads. |

I've heard he is actually a decent guy, not sure if that is true or not. I used to see him occasionally at Colonel Harts in Tosa. That was their post game hangout.

So if you lose to a team, they are "d-bags" and you "despise" their coach? So everyone who lost to Coach Gordon and the Mahaley brothers when they won State for King should despise them and think they are "d-bags"? So Eric Jackson should be a "d-bag" in the eyes of Tosa East fans, since he beat them at the buzzer for the state title? And how do you taunt someone who used to coach a team that regulary beat the team associated with the school you went to a long time ago? "Hey you stink! You use to always beat us a long time ago!" I want to beat Butler but I don't think they're terrible people because they have played better than the Panthers lately. I think that is a very counter productive outlook on life but hey, whatever. |

People always hate the best teams. He deserves to be the head coach at Carroll. 270-50 with the Red Raiders.

Carroll came out extremely aggressive. They are mauling us on defense (14 fouls), we can't hit a free-throw, and they are slowing down the game by going deep into their shot clock. Oh yeah, and they're shooting pretty lights out from behind the arc.
I hope we decide to stop treating this as a meaningless exhibition game and put them away in the second half. The first half was hard to watch
