Close does mean alot. You can judge a team if they lose alot of close games versus blow-outs.

Think they are going to do with the student tickets for the MU game like they did with the UW game a couple years ago, which students had to get them in advance at Klotsche?

I know for a fact that they are; in fact, the student voucher program will be in force for the Marquette and Western Michigan home games; I'll have details soon on PantherU, probably by Monday.

I'm surprised about the Western Michigan one...can we be sure it is a big draw? As of right now, our ticket office is 100% confident that the 3,300 capacity, 3,900 SRO Klotsche Center will be absolutely full for the Western Michigan game. Sweet. Now I'm really looking forward to that one. A packed house will grease the wheels a bit on getting alum to embrace the new arena.
