just turned on the game sounds like we're playing respectable tonight. good to hear, evem if we end up losing this is a big step up from this weekend.

Why Avo continues to shoot 3 pointers is beyond me. he's 50% and he was 66%. Coming into tonight 16.7%.

Well, no "W" tonight, but one hell of an effort. I predicted a 42 point loss.
Excellent game by our Panthers. Lots of improvement.

Damn. Doesn't look like it's going to happen tonight.
Very good showing thou. After watching those games last weekend, I was not looking forward to this week. Now I'm thinking we just may have a chance at N. Iowa.

Interesting sub down the stretch here for Rob. Maybe I'm reading to much into it, but subbing Charlie for Al Hanson with 30 to play sends some type of message wouldn't you think?

absolutely an incredible effort tonight. too bad it didn't result in a win, but this should show the team they can play with just about anybody. My offensive game plan for the rest of the season - give the ball to Avery Smith and get out of the way until somebody proves they can stop him.

This really has to be considered a huge step tonight for this team. Looks like the team may have found its offensive leader in Avo. Sounds like Massiah played with some passion and if he keeps that up he will be extremely valuable for this team. Missing inside shots is killing us but I think we can chalk much of that up to being at such a size disadvantage the last few games. Once we get into conference play the size will not nearly be the factor it is right now.
Jeter and co. made some serious ground with this team in 2 days. Have to like the direction they took them in a short period of time.
Hey Freak, still think only 10 wins this year?

I am very encouraged by our team's performance tonight. While we know that there are things we need to work on, like establishing a post presence and finishing around the basket, the fact that they hung in there is very encouraging.
GO PANTHERS

Bill Johnson said coach was doing offense/defense substitutions. Maybe he's got more faith in Charlie's D because he's a bigger guy. Al came back in didn't he?
