I believe that the highest-ranked team to be left out of the dance will be St. Joe's (No. 43 RPI, but hard to imagine three teams from the Atlantic 10). In order, other notable omissions will be Michigan (No. 46, but faded fast down the stretch), Utah St. (No. 47, no way will they take two teams from the Big West with all the other at-large candidates), Maryland (No. 48, now one of the most perennially overrated teams in the country) and Air Force (No. 51, Texas-Pan Am twice? Yuck!)

AVO shut down Morrison?
That's truly laughable. Gonzaga may be overrated, but I would not guarantee a win in that game. Joah would probably guard Morrison and wind up in foul trouble. Would he be able to get Morrison in foul trouble? Doubtful.
I wouldn't want to play TN due to Pearl's familiarity with our players.
GW would be a good game for us. West Virginia would be a decent game for us. Iowa would be a good game for us. Yeah, they're big and physical inside, but so was BC last year. I think we can play with them and wear them down. I wouldn't mind a meeting against Florida either. I can't honestly see Cuse going from out to in because they won the Big East and getting a 5. I guess I could be wrong but I'd put them more at a 6 or 7 personally. I also don't see Nevada getting high enough of a seed for us to play them this year.
Don't listen to Doyle. How he has a post as a college hoops expert never ceases to amaze me, for the past three or four years. He's just flat-out wrong on so many of his ideas.

Ok so I think I may drink more AVO Koolaid than anyone, but I won't be delerious enough to believe that he'd be able to guard or even be matched up against Morrison. His skills are some of the best in the land, but Morrison would shoot right over him.
No way in hell should we EVER hope for a West Virginia matchup. I'm hoping for: George Washington Iowa Syracuse
I called for Bama or BC last year and we somehow drew both. Good luck.

Well, you already bombed and they have only listed the first bracket. Fan, I hope your inability to select the teams this year does not bring us bad omens. ;D

Well we wont be playing Tennessee....as they got a 2 seed. Crazy. I wonder how far Pearly can take them with that as their seed.

I also thought the 11 seed was one or maybe two too high.
