Obviously, this is a game we should win. However, I refuse to not take a road game seriously. This is another good opportunity in the development of this program for us to gain some comfort in winning against a hostile crowd.
We are arguably the most noted opponent that they play at home this year, so I would assume that would translate into a pretty big crowd, at least by their standards. They have also played some pretty solid competition already this year, so I don't expect them to be intimidated. (Kentucky, Illinois, Missouri St., Marquette)
Again, I think we should win, but this is no "gimme".
By the way, they did beat Upper Iowa by 28. For what that's worth...

Game preview: uwmpanthers.collegesports.com/sports/m-baskbl/spec-rel/120505aaa.htmlGood piece from it: Milwaukee's three Division I opponents to date add up to what Jeff Sagarin's power rankings say is the third-toughest schedule nationally. His team rankings, updated through action Saturday night, have Memphis third, Tennessee Tech 89th and Saint Louis 105th. Milwaukee is 64th. And, it doesn't get any easier for the Panthers, with contests against Hawai'i (#41) and Wisconsin (#15) in their list of upcoming games.

I too wish all the road games were on tv. I also doubt they will come back between games. The only reason I could think of is if they were lacking corporate sponsors to put the game on.

That's 61-4 against primarily D2 teams.
Not too worried, but I wouldn't put it in the gimme catgory given our defensive inabilities and offensive inconsistency so far this year.

They did not include their home record in 04-05. So that 61-4 is probably all D2 teams.

I am aware that it is "mostly" against D2 teams........but they were D2 for most of that time. I was simply showing that historically they win most of their home games. That being said, we should pretty much man handle them.
