I'm glad that there will be one more game at the K; I've heard coach say that he prefers to have them there last year and in the last presser he stated Amanda left it to him and he discussed it with the team; it makes it obviously easier for the students and even though I don't work far from the Panther Arena, I don't have to walk from MSOE where its the closest free parking.
I do NOT see them taking a 1 win Titans team lightly especially when as I always tell a buddy of mine that I go to games with that this team is highly capable of getting an upset win in the Big Dance if that '05-'06 squad can upset Oklahoma. They've got healthy at the right time which is always key and have someone who is more than worthy of a tryout on an NBA team in Freeman. I know Oakland, Youngstown St and UWGB will be the faves to win it though now its 0-0 and tournament time where anything can happen!

I have never paid to park and never walk more then 2 or 3 blocks for a panther game. Sounds like you need me to let you know the spots my man. Protip if you go northwest of the arena theres almost always street parking. I almost always walk farther to go to games at the KCenter. I dont really care what coach likes playing at the KCenter is always the wrong choice, granted when he took the job he talked about how playing at the MECCA was a factor theyd use in recruiting. So which is it?

I usually do not pay for parking either at UWMPA....the only game so far this year I paid for was the IPFW as I could not find anything but I was there right around game time. Also, MU was playing next door.

I parked across from Benihana and it was only 12 dollars. Thought it would be much more, but yeah usually I park up by the cop shop area and don't have a problem.

Saturday was busier but I only had to park one block farther away. I’ve been parking on wells almost exclusively this year and it’s an easy out to the freeway. Beats driving down cap or locust or going down the lakefront to get to the KCenter then walking all the way to the gym. Coupled with my premium season ticket not having an assigned spot there it’s hilarious. I’d pay more for My tickets if I knew every d1 game was gonna go off at the arena. Think we can lay to rest the crowd noise debate the arena was louder Saturday when we clamped with the press then the kncenter was at any point last year tournament game included. Not even the Thomas game winner had a similar pop .

We can’t look past Detroit. We need to not only win, but win big to continue the momentum we have from the GB game. I like that we get to play again, and GB has to sit around and think about that ass whooping they took on Saturday.
I’m not taking a W for granted. We may have looked past IUPUI a bit , and that game was a nail biter. Detroit is better than IUPUI IMO and in the NET, which has IUPUI as the second worst team in college basketball.
Play hard and play smart, and earn the right to have an opportunity to end GBs season and make the Semis two years in a row. That would be a good accomplishment to start the BL era.

UDM should be coming to town thinking it's a new season. Both teams start with an 0-0 record. A close game at Oakland last time out had to have been a good confidence builder for them.

So which is it?How early do you get there though? I was at the IPFW game 40 mins or so and there wasn't anything on Third Street and definitely not by MATC; I'm sure where you were someone must have just left which I really don't have to time to wait on; I'm sure it is easier on weeknights than weekends when those want to park earlier to go bar hopping, etc; it is almost a guarantee to find something at MSOE or near Saint Kate/Red Arrow Park which still isn't the worst of distances; again I'm glad that this game will be at K even though it will be a weeknight; its just too much of a hassle and not to mention there is more housing so there will be those visiting whomever which = less spaces. The full guarantee is that unmetered/marked area on where Water St wraps around though that is a bit of a stretch especially when the weather is colder (it usually fills up prior to a Bucks/Marquette game)

Anyone else having issues with buying their tickets for tomorrow? Mine aren't showing up in my account.

Anyone else having issues with buying their tickets for tomorrow? Mine aren't showing up in my account. I believe TicketMaster isn't releasing the tickets into your account until 24 hours before the game. I've had that happen for events before.

Sounds like you’re looking in the wrong spots for parking need to look west of the arena not east. Haven’t ever missed a tip and never got a parking ticket. Guess I’m just built different.
