If you guys think that, I truly don’t think you understand the talent gap between even low level D1 ball and D3 Ham is awful dude he was abused tonight as a guy who’s a supposed good defender he was getting blown by most of the night. The fact Bart goes to him before Franklin and Davis is super odd. Ham can barely dribble and plays himself out of position so much. Fields 3rd foul was solely on ham playing himself out of the play. Then fouling a deep 3 point shooter cause he’s out of control is just wild. Great team player but can’t be playing any more then a few minutes a game if at all. Ham did play well today, and I’ll stand by that. I’m not judging him by the same standards as BJ or some of the other guys. Yes, he didn’t need to tap the guys arm on that 3. That sucked. He also dove on the floor and forced a jump ball where we got possession, boxed out well and ripped a couple rebounds out of their hands. Played as good of defense or better on Stone as anyone, and hustled his ass all night. I’m with you on Learic getting more minutes than Ham. I’m possibly Learic’s biggest advocate in this fan base, and think he will be a stud in this league. To say that Ham couldn’t play WIAC or that he was “abused” tonight just isn’t correct.

First off, I'm very happy and relieved with the win. As for the Klotsche "debate," how can Bart keep saying "the K really helps us" for our true must-win games when there were perhaps 1,200 people on hand and we're not even giving the Arena a chance? Did the Arena not give us a boost against Green Bay?! Did I imagine us winning three Horizon League titles there in front of 10,000-plus. Even last night, would it not have been at least as loud? Personally, I thought the venue contributed to our slow, lackadaisical start. In short, I guess that he and I will continue to disagree. It pains me to hear him talk so lovingly about "the K."

Ham had a good 3 minute stretch early on when Stone started hot and forced a miss or 2 and had a nice drive. After that Ham was cooked because in reality he isn’t very good at basketball. He’s a manager turned walk on who tries to pick guys up full court and gets blown by as soon as they realize he isn’t very good. He runs himself out of position every possession running in for a offensive rebound when he has zero chance at getting it. He’s an absolute zero on offense that the even our own players are scared to pass him the ball. Just because a guy plays hard doesn’t mean he makes a positive impact.

It’s clear some in the ad like rolling out from their office right to the kcenter. Place was dead last night and it’s hilarious a group of 30 women mid court brought more noise than the students. Place is trash

I still don't understand why we didn't play at the Arena. We should never play a D-I game at the K. The Green Bay game showed we can draw a solid fanbase if we are a competitive and exciting team to watch.

We need to stop with the KC giving us a better home court edge. Maybe there was more students at the KC that would have come to UWMPA. Chants of defense were good. Yet, we could of done all that at UWMPA. This year.. Stout was a mudfest. Southern Miss, they were getting blown out. Late rally, was still a loss for the Panthers. IUPUI, they were screwing around. Didn't make a shot the first 5 minutes of the game. Detroit, the defense was soft. Zero help side defense. Outside shooting was awful.

Agreed, the K was dead last night and didn't compare to the Quarterfinal against Wright State last year. I'm not sure if Milwaukee just owns the naming rights and has no say on staffing, concessions, or even first-priority dates for events. If that's the case, they're in a bad deal and can let some other company pay for naming rights. I was at all home, clinching Horizon League championship games, and can't believe this is still a debate or option.

Place is trash Agreed, although I believe the group that you're referring to was the 30-40 co-ed Howard University students who were in town. They were crazy good at what they do and engaged throughout. They were shouting to the cheerleaders, scorer's table and band to get some chants going. People in our section were begging them to stay as they filed out at the under-8 timeout.

It's about wanting a crowd of 1,500 sound louder in the KC than UWMPA.

It is a shame that students that dont even go to our school are louder and more active than our student body.
Credit to those young adults for spending their spring break in Milwaukee to do community service for MPS and to cheer on our guys. I'll be a fan of Howard University because of it.

It wouldn’t be bad for Ham to come in for that 3 minute stretch where his energy and defense is giving us a boost, and then make way for someone else. Still, I thought overall his contributions were a net positive last night

If Duffy is now back, why didn't he get more mintues last night? Could use his toughness last night.
I thought Davis had a solid run, yet only 3 minutes.
