yeah, crosby had the worst kicking day of his career.5 misses. FIVE if he has even a normal kicking day, the packers win.

Per Statcast, that was the worst kicking game in the NFL since 1980!!! If the Packers execute better on offense, Crosby doesn’t have to try and miss five field goals. I heard a lot of speculation that ARod’s inaccuracy is the result of tge lingering effects of his knee injury. Might be that, might be other factors in play. I hope we don’t have to wait for the bye week for him to heal up, and that they find ways to win more games before the bye.

3-2-1 at the bye, and could easily be 2-3-1 the way they played for most of the game. Fortunately the Packers were playing a 1-4 team, and managed to play well enough to tie the score late and pull it out at the end.

a win is a win is a win, but this is the second win they stole at the end ( week 1 Vs the Bears being the other). The D needs to play a heck of a lot better. They made the 49ers QB look like Joe Montana back there.

The Packers offense could play better. The QB and the receivers need to get more in sync, and the line needs to block better. Long drives by the offense could only help the defense.

Montgormery has been traded. Not a surprise. his bone headed move kept the packers have having a chanvce to drive into FG range. With Crosby's leg they only needed 40 yards or so.

There is one true MVP from this debacle of a season! Bob McGinn, whose writing is still masterful! Suffice it to say, I think that he's ready to move on from this coach!

i think most people are ready to move on. McCarthy just isnt that great a coach. the vast majority of his 125 wins come from riding 2 of the greatest QBs in NFl history, and with all the quarterback talent, hews only able to get 1 ring?

Classless move by Mark Murphy. What point does this serve with 4 games left. I'm not an NFL or Packers fan. So, It's easier to read without green and gold glasses on.

I dont call it classless. this was inevitable, just make the move, and see what you can do in the last 4 games. It was tim,e for a neew coach, frankly a lot of Packers fans wanted a new coach last year. 13 years is a long time in the NFL, heck in GB's 100 year history we've only had 2 coaches coach for 10 years- Curly Lambeau, and McCarthy. the guy with the 3rd longest tenure- Bart starr who coached 9 years.

Maybe if they had a GM who knew what they were doing, coach would still be there.

The organizational structure must change before transformation can occur. It's amazing the level of destruction that administrative incompetence can cause!!!
