ESPN 3 sucks. I would rather listen to the game on the radio than some of the grainy crap on 3. I don't get why the schedule isn't final. Oct 15 is way too late. I don't really mind ESPN3, when I watch it on my apple tv it looks just like watching a game on normal tv.

Never really had issues with espn3. Stream from your phone and buy a chromcast for $25 to cast the stream to your tv. The game will not be grainy and in HD.

I don't get why the schedule isn't final. Oct 15 is way too late. They could release it today with a second non-Division 1 opponent if you'd like.

NBCSN is the best sports network hands-down. They air auto auctions!

Couldn't they release the schedule with tip times and say we still have one home game to schedule. If your not on this board, many don't know who they play.

This is a schedule built to pull in an at-large bid.

Last one that was added is Judson on December 13th at the Klotsche Center.

So 2 of our 5 non conference home games are at the Klotsche? PASS.

Looking at the event calendar at UWM Panther Arena, I don't understand why two games are being played at the Klostche Center.
For those Packers fans on Dec. 3, good thing the Panthers game starts at 6pm.

I'm surprised the Trinity game isn't at the KC too. The Klotsche was built for D2 level games.
Very disappointing that the last game is Judson, but that's not on the coaches. That's the reality of scheduling today and it's an indictment of college basketball as a whole in the era of TV ruling everything.

This is a schedule built to pull in an at-large bid. Possibly, but it would take at least a win over Notre Dame, Wisconsin, or Minnesota along with a 15-3 type conference record to have a chance. We could also only afford one bad loss, tops. One of those big non-conference opponents would also have to have a good season. We seem to often gel late in the season which is why I think we have a great shot to grab the Horizon League's automatic bid this year. One thing we lack greatly for at least the last decade is top notch non-conference wins.

By my count, there will be 12 games this season at UWM Panther Arena.
That's barely enough to justify having secured the naming rights.
The Horizon League tournament alone could have meant an additional four or five college games.
Insanity.

I don't understand why any game this year is at the KC. The Panthers pay per year rent, not per game.

For the non-Division 1 games, I just don't think it matters. The Klotsche seems like an appropriate venue.
There are some larger issues here at the league, university and sport-wide levels.
This is why the home schedule is a train wreck.
