Not sure how we pulled it off, but what a win at home, and without Markeith! That's a game that will get the casual fans to come back. Always fun to beat Kampe's smug self too. Rand, JT and especially VBJ were huge today. This team has so much talent, once they mature and get the brains too they'll be unstoppable in the HL.

i did not see this win, coming, and i probably have hypertension from watching that game, but a W is a W. we keep pace with Youngstown St, and pull away from 3rd and 4th place. I think we are 1 win away from clinching a bye in the HLT. the best the 5th place teams can do is 13 conference wins and we have 12 already.

Oakland can't continue to hit 3-point shots at a 70% clip....can they? Oakland hit seven three-pointers in the first half in ten attempts. They hit three more in the second half and overtime out of 20 attempts, a 15% rate, and finished 10-30 for an overall rate of 33.3%. Milwaukee hit a total of seven three-pointers, but the seventh was the game-winner. Dunno how much of the second half shooting performance was Oakland regressing to the mean and how much was the Panthers turning up their defense when they needed to. I'll take the W any way. |

What a great night at the Arena tonight. Oakland came out strong and we were a bit flat, but credit Lundy and the guys for gutting that out. Warras said on the post game Oakland did not score the last 4:08 of OT (even with multiple offensive boards!) Thursday cannot come soon enough (but go CSU tomorrow).

VIN BAKER and ANGELI STUART. 2 guys that have rode the pine all year came in and made plays all night to steal a win. Speaks ti the buy in from the roster and staff.
