The Black & Gold Scrimmage is back for the 2022-23 season!
Join us at the Klotsche Center on Tuesday, October 11th to get your first look of the Panther Men's Basketball team under new Head Coach Bart Lundy.
The intrasquad scrimmage will start shortly after 6 p.m. and is free for all fans and UWM students.

I really wanna see Ahmad Rand play. I saw a screenshot of a practice video where dude dunked the ball and his head was over the rim. Unfortunately I probably won't make it to the scrimmage.

Any time he got 15-20 min at OSU, he was productive. Talking to him at the picnic, he seemed to really hate being at OSU. He said he was so happy to be in Milwaukee after dealing with last year's season.
Pretty sure we haven't had a big like him in quite some time, if ever. Athletic and bouncy. He should own the HL paint on the defensive end.

I liked what I saw in the scrimmage tonight. A lot of fast, active players out there. Opposing teams are going to need to keep their head on a swivel.

Don't know if we are going to be good or bad but we definitely will be athletic. It's nice to see a wide variety of ball handlers available. Might break a press this season.

Honestly, I was very impressed with all 3 true freshmen. In the new landscape of college hoops, who knows if they stay for 4 years but they all look like players.

Not sure how anyone got insight on the players since the scrimmage was an NBA all-star game with zero defense. One and one dribble of off balance jacks. It was just a showtime event. If I knew the format was going to be that, I would have stayed home.
