Believe Norfolk State will be coming to the Panther Arena. All staff follow head coach on twitter as of recent and Coach added in the article that he wants a ton of home games. I would bet a lot of money we get this game added.

I would bet a lot of money we get this game added. I would rather not pay Norfolk state to come to Milwaukee and have a great chance of beating us. If we’re buying games let’s buy the bottom of the barrel teams to ensure victories. |

Sounds like based on yesterday’s article that there will be a 3 day tournament at the Klotsche over Thanksgiving. Not the ideal location but at least they aren’t road (or neutral site) games.
“Other than inheriting three games — at Purdue to open the season Nov. 7, at Iowa State and at Rhode Island — UWM's schedule is a work in progress. Lundy said details for a three-day Thanksgiving tournament at the Klotsche Center are being nailed down.”

Sounds like based on yesterday’s article that there will be a 3 day tournament at the Klotsche over Thanksgiving. Not the ideal location but at least they aren’t road (or neutral site) games. Reason for the KC is cost. Two games in the same day, cost is more for rent at UWMPA. Attendance will not get a boost for this MTE, so that is the reason for it to be played at the KC. |

An awful look. Does not give appearance of progress with new coaching administration. Also not particularly fair to season ticket holders IMO....should be a discount for having to go to this sh.. hole

Agreed, I'm not going to the KC for a game ever again unless the Women's team is playing for a conference title or something. Why brag and promote that we have the "Milwaukee Panther Arena" when we're forced to play games at a high school gym. Play the first day at the KC and the final two at the arena, otherwise, it's a wasted tourney. It's already embarrassing that the Badgers (Men's and Women) get a game at Miller Park next season and we couldn't get a hometown discount or whatever.

I’m disappointed in the only two sports teams I consider myself a diehard fan of, the Milwaukee Panthers and Milwaukee Brewers. This event is already getting a lot of publicity. Let the Badgers play at Mallards field , we should be playing at AmFam field or whatever the hell they call Miller Park these days. Pathetic. |

I get the business end of things. It sucks, but I wouldn’t have trusted us to play Wisconsin or Marquette either considering our past few seasons. I hope WHEN we do turn the corner, we eventually play at AmFam. That would be epic. Also, we are a sponsor , and I’m guessing we have spent quite a bit of money with the Brewers. I would hope we get consideration when we are good again. |
