Coming soon I will be telling Real and true stories of what happened this year and why we failed this year I’ve been quiet far too long now that this season is just about over you will get the real authentic truth of what happened. I can’t take this bullsh*t any more all the phoniness the lies and the scandal on this season!!!!! Oh it’s coming real soon!. It’s a shame how a couple of people F’d up this program and nothing was done about it and depended on a 18 year old that’s wasn’t ready for this kind of pressure and totally destroyed this young man’s confidence and with doing that you destroyed the whole team also with personal gain but got nothing in return by being absolutely underachieving basketball team probably the worst 5yrs ever in his tenure as the coach here!!!! And the real thing is we had to watch this sh*t continue to go down the drain! I will always be proud to say I’ve been part of Milwaukee panther family I’ve met some incredible people on this panel and will never forget how you embrace JT and myself! I would like to see this program fixed the right way get rid of the yes man and get some one in here that nothing to loose and have everything to gain have some onions!!!!! Not afraid to listen to the assistant for advice I want to see this program rise again but won’t happen with the people here that’s running it now. Ohh I haven’t forgot why I started this the stories are coming soon and for sure I know the real truth of what happened and I will be telling the story like really not what was said!

This season was the weirdest and most uninformed/confusing (from the perspective of news releases as to what is going on) of any sport, ever- for me. I hope someday we understand what went wrong.
Every game has been like a Jack-in-the-box. JT, Dree G and the bonafide good basketball players on this team deserved better coaching. With better coaching, we may very well have been good enough to make a run in the HLT*. That's all I can deduce from the maze of confusion that is Milwaukee Athletics.

*maybe we still can- I need that buppie05 optimism, but seasons like this one do a good job of making one a pessimist.

Personally I don't really care what the backstory was this year. Each of the last six failed seasons had their own backstory. The real problem underlying the failure is that they all had the same FRONT story: incompetent leadership.
And I mean no offense to tonyt in saying this. I know how horribly frustrating this debacle must have been to the players' families. That also hasn't changed; whether by intent or through sheer incompetence or neglect our athletic department has been effectively sabotaging the men's basketball program and our players going back even further than six years. It almost seems like some people at the University not only don't care if the program succeeds, they don't want it to succeed. I know this: if you wanted to demolish a good program you couldn't possibly have done it any more swiftly or thoroughly than what has happened here. That doesn't happen purely by chance.
By the way, tonyt, JT could play for me any time. On a team of guys who too rarely play to what strengths they have your guy goes right to them every time he gets put in. (Which wasn't enough, imo.) That's the sign of good preparation from a young age.

And pls answer if you can I don’t think they have a cap on your mouth trying to hush you up? Oh, I was at the game at UIC last night. I saw a lot of in-team arguments during the game. If someone committed a turnover, there were fingers pointed and arguments instead of constructive conversation (at least from my vantage point). It’s clear this team isn’t gelling the way a good (and well-coached) team would. I am far from an insider. Last night was the first Panther away game I’ve ever attended, and while I go to just about every home game, I don’t have any connections with the team or program. I have no problem if you share information that embarrasses the university. The athletic department deserves to be embarrassed. |

Alright. Mr Thomas. As I am extremely eager to hear the stories behind the p*ss poor, underachieving season we had here. I’d like to ask a few questions myself.
As you pointed out. Patrick was put in an extremely difficult position that was not only overwhelming but also nearly impossible to meet expectations in. A 5 star recruit in the horizon league is going to be the focus of every film session for every single team that plays us.. that being said… did pbs not make any effort to bring along any other recruits that have connections with pbj? I mean, what about all those kids from Phenom U? Like that kid from St. John’s who gets garbage minutes at illinois, or Jamari sibley, hell even Kobe Johnson or Ben Nau. The recruiting has been complete and utter dogsh*t. We have a couple white Boys who I presume are shooters but I don’t see them ever get a chance. God damn we gotta make threes to win games if we giving up 80 points to below .500 teams.

PBJ didn’t know what he was in for and everyone he played against the games he played was trying to destroy him he had too much hype but not the heart. The other kids I know on the USA team wasn’t tough enough fundamentally he’s sound but going against kids that play this game because it’s this or back to the block he wouldn’t understand what they went thru not having positive in there lives all I got is basketball the hunger is different. But he is a spectacular young man but need to get tougher and make those guys fear him when he plays. |
