What did we expect even. 2nd half of the season Baldwin goes from terrible coach to somehow being even worse

Unwatchable ... and I can't see it!!! It depends... I am sure YSU fans are enjoying this.

I’m watching this and the sad thing is that YSU does not strike me in any way as a particularly good team. And nor should they given their record and ranking. We’re just really bad.
This is what we have six years later. Depressing.

Our last two possessions had one guy dribbling around and then hoisting a shot under pressure. We got no points.

I agree that Baldwin has not shown the ability to coach at this level, But I must also say he has not been able to recruit good shooters. Even when we are wide open or have an easy scoring chance at the rim we just don't shoot well.

Focus, people. Baldwin is just the symptom. His inevitable firing is irrelevant if the same person gets to choose the next coach.

She didn't hire TJO and Jordan scooted immediately and, as pointed out by dylan, had an absolutely abominable year here and has shown very little with his own recruits at Butler. He's Jeter light. If that's your standard, I can see why you'd be fine with the same person making the same mistake again.

I’d be happy with TJO or LaVall Jordan. Really? LaVall Jordan? Isn't he like 89-90 for his career?! Yes. Maybe he moved on to the Big East too fast, but I remember the improvement I saw from players like Brock Stull and Brett Prahl. In his first year as head coach, his team had two actual forwards on scholarship. The team was so bare that it had Cameron Harvey starting most of its games. There were times that Cody Wichmann or Jeremy Johnson were the de facto center on the court. His overall record is tarnished by his first year here. Same could be said about Dennis Gates at Cleveland State. As for his record at Butler, it’s not great. He made the tournament a few times and was a top 10 ranked team at one point. But I do wonder if he needed more seasoning at the mid major level. And not every good mid major coach turns into a great high major coach. I remember when Tod Lickliter was doing really well at Butler, and then really struggled at Iowa. Doesn’t mean he’s not a really good Horizon League coach.

By the way, I stopped watching the latest debacle at halftime. There are actual college hoops games on elsewhere. If we rally to take the lead someone text me.
