Very happy to see the results today, although I'd bet Auburn will have its FF trip removed from the record books eventually. Still, revolting as it is to see Pearl make a FF, seeing Calipari back there would actually be worse. Classic meteor game.
Very happy to see Izzo and his guys take down Duke. The two "one-and-done" factories are out, and good riddance. Does anyone actually think any of those players will be back inside a classroom after today? It's a complete fraud as "college" basketball. Very happy to see them lose to programs that actually have -- gasp! -- juniors and seniors!
As for the FF, go Hoos! Go Sparty! (Although in truth I don't even know who's playing who next week.)

I know he's a huge fanboy but "College basketball NEVER disappoints" is wildly inaccurate.

Hey, it's a Final Four without Duke, Kentucky, Kansas and Carolina! Face it, guys, that's probably as good as it's going to get for mid-major fans!!

no, he didn't. he did look like he was stroking out though he he. good for him taking auburn to the final 4, although if this turns out to be a Calipari UMass redux, then that would be a shame. not particularly a surprise, mind you, but still a shame.

I would take him back here in a heartbeat. A lot of hypocrisy out there. Life is not black and white

I wonder where Pearl will be next year. Part of me thinks he’ll go to UCLA but I can see him staying as well with another new contract. The SEC has made basketball a higher priority in recent years but the school’s potential buyout of the football coach in the near future could be a hindrance to give Pearl a major raise. Charles Barkley and some other alumni might need to seriously pony up to keep him. His buyout is only $2M.

I would take him back here in a heartbeat. A lot of hypocrisy out there. Life is not black and white You'll probably be unhappy to hear the story -- unconfirmed, of course -- that one of his emissaries reached out after his inglorious eviction from Tennessee. This time he would stay -- really. And people wonder about why the country is the way it is today. Sheesh.
