It is a bottom-line business, or at least should be. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be a bottom-line business to those in charge of the program. It has been that way for at least the last several years.
I have no control over the situation, so when I compliment anyone associated with the program (I've complimented Mone, Braun and Jeter in my last two posts) I am simply looking for positives at a time when it is difficult to find any. It is kind of like recognizing moral victories.
