I'd have to go back to the Ric Cobb era to come up with another performance like the one I saw tonight. The team was a no show.

I've seen some bad Panther games in my life. But this one takes the cake by far. And the lowlight was not even having basketballs available for 2nd half warm ups. That's flat out embarrassing. I noticed we had the same issue during the game against Wisconsin Lutheran.
The good news is we have two games this weekend to get out sh*t together. But definitely a huge blow to the program after a signature win earlier this week.
I don't know what to think at this point. This team seems to lack 3 point shooting which is going to make it very tough to win at the D1 level. Or at any level (including high school) for that matter. I know it's only one game, but to say I'm concerned would be an understatement.

The roof leaking and not having practice balls available made this program look like a Division 2 program tonight. That was not a good look. Hopefully we can bounc back tomorrow.
Going forward, I think opposing guards will be not be shy about attacking Milwaukee guards when they have the ball. #redflag

I've now seen the team play four times. Here's a sobering thought going forward: What player brought in by the two most recent coaching staffs can play at all? August Haas?

Bruce: "It's my job to put the ball into the hands of shooters outside the 3-point arc. Any bad shots by non-shooters are my fault."
Words to live by, PB!

Who’s the genius who scheduled a 5:30 pm game the day after an 8 pm game?

Is this the first time that a WIAC school lost to a Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference team? Just asking...

I think that it's appropriate to again mention this team's stunning lack of depth. Whenever one of seven core players -- Barnes, Stull, Nze, Prahl, Jeremy Johnson, Haas or Bell -- is unavailable, victory is frankly unlikely.

Losing this game in this way is the most uw-milwaukee panther basketball thing that could happen.

After the Iowa State game it was difficult to take this season as "one game at a time". After this game I am clinging to "one game at a time"

This was more painful to watch than when Bucky beat them in the Arena by almost 50. The student section will be in mid-season form tonight & tomorrow.

Who’s the genius who scheduled a 5:30 pm game the day after an 8 pm game? Well, Concordia St. Paul plays at 3pm after playing the “late” game last night so.........

Unless I missed it. Why did Barnes not play?

Losing this game in this way is the most uw-milwaukee panther basketball thing that could happen. You might just say that it was a very UWM athletics thing to happen.
