The thing that is most impressive about this game is how they finished. Being ahead midway through the second half against a high major on the road has happened a few times in the past few years; South Carolina and Auburn come to mind. In those games, the lead dwindled away and we ended up losing in games where we played very well. It was great to see them just keep on increasing the lead as the game kept on going. Defeating a high major on the road with all the turmoil this team has been through is very impressive.

It's pretty awesome to wake up to Des Moines sports radio talking about how well the Milwaukee Panthers played. And then you get to work, open the paper and they're talking about the Milwaukee Panthers.
Notice... neither media outlet used "UW-Milwaukee" once.
Really excited about the direction of this program. Go Panthers.

Still mad I couldnt go to this game, but I think I need to not go to these road games. Everytime I want to go, and I can't because of work, we win.
But a great win for this team, this season. Now if we get it done this weekend in front of the home fans. This win, with some mild local media attention should get a few more seats in the arena this weekend at least once to see us play.

Kind of pathetic that the Journal Sentinel couldn't even put a generic AP article in the paper (or even website) recognizing this win. What a joke of a newspaper.
