I'm just sad that our team has to deal with this. I knew it (lack of support) was bad, but I guess I had no idea.
Just sad.
Paul, Northwestern can use all the fans it can get. Then again, you'll have to deal with more gut wrenching endings like today.

After the first round, the rest of the tournament is on CBSSN. Sounds like a neat thing for the Panthers. They could've used the MotorCity Madness money. Unfortunately, that's not possible. That's right, the tourney payout doesn't even make us break even! |

The trip is fully funded. Amanda Braun doesn't want it to happen. Full stop. Doesn't want it to happen as a punishment to the team or because she's planning on firing Jeter? I'm not saying I agree with either, just the only reasons I can (somewhat) logically fathom. |

How gut wrenching is it that Bill Carmody takes his new team to the tourney in his first year elsewhere? Happy for Carmody and was cheering for Holy Cross last night. HC was 0 - 9 on the road in conference this year and goes and wins 4 straight on the road in the conference tourney. Carmody is a great coach and a great guy. |
