Couple of things on my morning soapbox.

Maybe the Horizon League should go back to play two games the opening Thursday/Saturday in December. Seems like we are rushing to get games played in the most important time of the season. As Oakland/WSU, Mke/GB are playing 3 games in 5 days, Everyone else has games on Tuesday.

So, Oakland at Wright State got picked for the 4pm ESPNU, so Milwaukee at Green Bay gets no tv. Even you TWC haters have to admit TWC TV is better than no TV at all to showcase this in-state match up. With no tv, what's the rush to play this game. UWM and UWGB don't play untill Saturday. Why not have this game on a Wednesday night.

As soon as you figure out the league's scheduling model and distribution of TV games, let me know!

It really burns me to see programs like St. Francis, Stony Brook, Radford, Rider, UNC Asheville, UCSB and Pacific get more TV exposure than we get.

How can anyone know about Matt Tiby and Jordy Johnson when they're literally never on TV? Does Mark Adams take the time to see who leads Milwaukee in assists?

At the moment, the H League and ESPN are much more a part of the problem than they are a part of the solution.

I get the feeling the Horizon League likes ESPN because of the Watch ESPN App or otherwise called espn3. All HL games are on espn3.

Well, the Horizon League should think about FOX. There is the Fox Sports Go App, where you can have the Horizon League Digtial Network and there is national network of FS2, that needs live programming. Regional Milwaukee and Green Bay games could fit in at times on FS WISCONSIN.

That being said, I'm wasting my time, because I think the HL signed on with ESPN for another 10 years or so. Where is the American Sports Network to boardcast more games!

It's unreal that Milwaukee/Green Bay does not end up on any sort of TV.

I miss the old scheduling with two early games for each team and then consistent Thursday/Saturday or Friday/Sunday scheduling for the rest of the conference season.

I think it helped teams come NCAA tournament time as well since they were playing on the same schedule.

Good god, looking at this weeks TV schedule in all of college basketball, we enter the final two weeks of the regular season in the Horizon League. I'm sad, we does the time go.
