Most talented team we've had since Pearl and we'll be lucky to make the CIT. It's looking like that is how this season will be remembered. Hopefully they can pull out a little 2014 magic.

Someone tell me why Stull was in the game and not Wichmann Better with the ball, better defender, better rebounder, almost as good of a shooter. I liked that he was in at the end. Came up big at the end of the last GB game.

Ugh. This season went south so fast. Mostly close games, but just can't finish, can't make the big plays when they need to. If they can still manage to get to 20 wins that would be something, but this hurts.

Also not sure why Arians is still a starter.

I'll never understand Jeter's reasoning of taking Tiby out to immediately check him back in. The very next play GB gets a layup at the rim. That has happened multiple times this year. My guess is to give him a blow. You would figure they could guard with JJ in there.

Four home games to close the season. Three versus the bottom feeders. Win the last four and it's 20-11, 11-7 regular season. We might be signing a different tune. Bottomline, is winning MotorCity Madness.

Ugh!
Eight one-possession losses, including five in conference.
This season has been one big gut-punch.

Tough loss... again. I like the call going for 3 down by two on the road. But Brock has no business being in the game on that possession, let alone the one they go to for the final shot. Don't understand why Cody isn't the one camped out there. We have so many guys that can hit clutch shots. Have to let one of them take that final one.
Oh well. I guess that's life on the road. Unless you're Oakland, apparently.
Looking forward to the last home games of the year. Amazing how quickly the season flies by.

Just got home from the game. Lost it in the first half with terrible ball security. People called Bo Ryan a coaching genius but he would have said it was simple arithmetic. If you don't turn the ball over you will win more often. We have been pretty good this year but tonight in the first half and for some key stretches in the second we were not.
I assume Tiby was pulled because he was playing just about as bad a game as he had played all year, especially defensively and holding on to the ball. I love the kid and what he has done for our program but he was not good tonight. As for Brock/Cody at the end, I suspect Green Bay would have been on Cody in the corner like a dog on a bone. We got Brock a great open shot; sometimes they don't go in. Austin had a good look at the end too.
Bottom line is that it was another classic in the best rivalry in the league -- not that anyone saw it.
It has been an incredibly tough year for close losses. But I guarantee you nobody wants to see us in their bracket at the HLT.

I didn't care for the outcome, but this game should absolutely have been on TV. It's unquestionably the league's best rivalry and it's really not even close.
I don't remember the last time this terrific series was televised nationally and that's a shame!

Jordy was only credited with 2 but I feel like he had more than that. JayQuan had 2 in his 3 minutes of PT which is why I suspect he didn't play more. Can't win games turning over the ball like that.

We are late enough in the year where can start projecting the horizon league tournament bracket. I think I would rather Milwaukee be a 6 seed and play likely NKY then wright st/Oakland to get to the championship. If we are a 4 or a 5 seed we would play another bottom feeder then GB or Detroit (in Detroit) then valpo to get to the championship. Obviously you want to beat your main rival...but the logic above makes me somewhat nuetral for our final 4 games.
