Perhaps Jeter should take a page out of Wardle's playbook and threaten to sue? Seems to get the desired result for him.

Strange people are blaiming the AD for the suspension. How about blaiming the coach who recruited the offender? Jeter accepted a commitment from Aaron AFTER he was kicked out of his JC. It was just a matter of time before he found trouble again. Your username should be GB Troll is Back. Seriously though. Don't you have better things to do? |

I'm just glad our coach doesn't run our best 3 point shooter and free throw shooter out of campus to a D3 school due to his unethical coaching techniques. In case you haven't seen, Kam Cerroni is 86/154 from 3 and 63/69 from the free throw line through 22 games. Say what you want, but that's good D1 talent wasted because of Wardle. Be proud of that, GB.

It almost seems like you wanted to use the word "blamimg" but it's unlikely someone could have that as a typo twice in the same post. And no one would misspell that word, right? To answer a few of your questions on GB basketball.
1. I am sure GB players smoke weed and Greg Mays was suspended 3 games last year for it being in his room with other students. So 4 games for buying/selling??? seems fair to me. We had no issue with his 3 game suspension as he broke the rules. Which a few people on this board don't seem to care about with JO. I go back to Kaylon only getting a game suspension for his DUI. Now I am sure he is a great kid that made a mistake but did the punishment really fit the crime.
2. kam Cerroni is not a D1 talent. Is he a good shooter, yes he is. However at 6 feet tall and with slow feet he can't get open. Also, if you watch him shoot he jumps forward not up. I talked with Coach Grezsk the other days and he confirmed that in fact he still does jump forward. So being on the shorter side, not quick and can't jump he is more suited for D3.
3. The only thing unethical about Coach Wardles coaching as deemed by an investigation was that he swore at the kids. I am sure he is not the only coach to do that.
4. Also, why does it always seem to be a big fight when you post on the phoenix board and we do here?
I am not trying to stir things up nor pick a fight. Just stating what I know of some situations.
I look forward to your opinions and comments on my posting.

If Kam Cerroni isn't D1 talent, then you should really be embarrassed that he averaged 19 minutes per game with GB and started 24 games.
And we can choose to differ on our opinion of Wardle. I've heard enough to make my own judgments.
I'm just sad to see Alec Brown leaving. I'm going to miss his lack of an inside game. Hopefully you can replace him with another worthless 7 footer that shoots 3s.

Two separate issues here:
1, Jay-O's four-game suspension for allegedly smoking pot is excessive considering that a former player got one game for driving at three times the legal limit and fleeing the authorities.
2, Jeter's record against Division 1 opponents since 2005-06 is 113-129. I think that speaks for itself.
I'm not saying that Jeter has been good or even average. Only that this team didn't deserve this type of treatment.

Be proud of that, GB. Brown is an awesome 3 point shooter, better than Kam because he can do it versus D1 competition. Kam was a negative value player because he couldn't defend anyone. He was a leftover recruit from Kowalczyk. Never belonged at a D1, but Wardle honored the scholarship. Kam had more turnovers than assists last year too. A huge reason our team has been so dominant is because it now has SGs that can defend, create, and pass. GB doesn't miss that spoiled brat. There are more stories I can't share here, but instead I'll just continue to enjoy our terrific season. |

You come on to this board specifically to post negative comments. I dont care if some of them may be true. This isn't your team, so any negative comments you make (which is every single comment you ever make on this board) is trolling. You do it to push buttons - trolling. You do it to humor yourself - trolling. You are the definition of a troll.
As for your team, I am a realist. I don't think you guys will drop off in the conference back to the bottom. But you guys will be middle of the pack at best. Saying anything else is foolish. Hey maybe they will surprise everyone and you can say you knew all along (which would be lying to yourself, you cant really expect a conference winning team next year). I will tell you I did not think we would be as good as we have been this year (record-wise). But come on. When you guys played us the first time this year i am fairly certain Sykes and brown were the only ones in double figures. That doesn't advertise good things for next year for green bay. plus there is a chance that when wardle moves on to bigger pastures (which you have to think he would jump at, and there will be offers after this season), that there is a chance Sykes might go with him. If that happens where does that put GB in your mind?
