Love Bill's work. Just wish he wasn't so darn loud.

Where is this coming from? Who on the team would you prefer to take the shot? Tony Meier? James Haarsma? Evan Richard? Shaq Boga? Where is this coming from? Williams' 3-pt. shooting up until that shot (0 for 3), and overall for the season (27-28%). Who on the team would I prefer to take the shot? I thought Paris Gulley would have been a decent choice. Meier? Maybe if he wasn't in the midst of a god-awful slump. Haarsma? No. Evan Richard? Maybe. Shaq Boga? No.

Brian:
I've mentioned this in so many places that I'm black and gold in the face.
There's a very noteworthy difference between being a "good" shooter and a clutch, "winning-time" performer.
No one would confuse Kaylon -- or Clay Tucker, for that matter -- with being the former. There's no mistaking that he -- like Clay and Craig Greene, among others -- is the latter.
With the game clock winding down, I want Kaylon on my side.

Kaylon will drive me to drink because of his turnovers, but I agree with dylan. That kid is so tough. The ball has to be in his hands in that situation.

In that situation you throw the stats out the window.
You need a big clutch bucket on this current team, I'm giving the ball to Kaylon every day of the week.
He's made that shot at the end of the 1st half, with the shot clock winding down, and at the end of games.

dylan:
Thank you for the lesson on the different types of shooters. Believe it or not, I already knew the difference.
I think you're mistaking my original comment/thought when he took the shot for a knock on Kaylon. It was not.
I, like you, and Fran and jhart, am glad Kaylon is on our side.

Brian, please don't take any of my remarks personally. I guess that I just don't have the trepidation with Kaylon shooting the deciding shot that you have. Ultimately, we're all on the same side.

Sutton's call of Kaylon's shot was pretty good, but as i observed my co-worker seated next to me, Bill Johnson had to have gone crazy. Anybody capture his call for posterity? i'd love to hear it.
