They beat St. Louis this afternoon 3-0 with 3 second half goals, including one by Hagen (#5 on the season, #72 for career. The team improves to 4-0 on the season.

Sarah Hagen named TopDrawerSoccer's Player of the Week5 goals already! This may be an understatement...but I think a BIG season is in store for Sarah!

Senior Night is Oct. 28 against Green Bay.
That would be a great time to do it.

Ho-hum. Two weeks. Two Sarah Hagen Awards. When is Sarah's jersey retirement ceremony? For the rest of the women's soccer season, the Horizon League should give two weekly awards: the Sarah Hagen Award, and the award for the best player not named Sarah Hagen.

I think if we make it past next weekend unscathed (see...Minny tomorrow, Marquette and Wisconsin next week), an undefeated regular season is not out of the question.

Sadly, they could go undefeated and still receive nowhere near a top seed.

Sadly, they could go undefeated and still receive nowhere near a top seed. With Engelmann Stadium's new field, the Panthers could host, which would be a huge deal. Should we go undefeated, we're looking at no less than a 3-seed and likely host the first couple rounds. Then we kick it into high gear, create a playoff atmosphere in the best college soccer stadium in the country, and we fill up the place because students will come out for NCAA Tournament home games.
