Does Milwaukee have a Maryland Ave? I know DC and Baltimore do. Maryland runs right through campus, but I'm guessing you know that and are going to make a point in your next post.

Jeter's name popping up is likely a combination of the job he has done and the lack of respect given to Milwaukee hoops. Likely people are thinking that the coaching position and overall basketball situation at (place school name here) is better than that at Milwaukee and it would be easy to lure a coach away. I'm not saying this is true, but likely that is what some believe.

It does seem odd that Dayton would be so quick to go after a coach that had already expressed interest in remaining where he was. It seems like the high likelihood of wasting one's time would be a deterrent.

Judging a news site based on its commenters is the most futile thing in the world. Especially since most of the worthwhile commenters on the Journal Sentinel's UWM coverage can be found right here on this board.

All one has to know of JSONLINE is that they carry Eugene Kane's Black racist columns. I stopped reading everyting but the Sports. And then ran into the We want Bruce Pearl back posters. So I gave them up entirely.

That is not relevant to anything.

After some poking around, I can be safely sure that if Dayton is interested in Jeter, nobody here knows about it.

Jeter to Paris St. Germaine? I think there may be legs to this rumor. lol, True but reports have also surfaced that Jeter was spotted outside the Maryland Ave Montessori school, accompanied by several knee high recruits. Let the speculation begin!

The A-10 doesn't have Butler, and Wisconsin is a way underrated recruiting state. I agree that Wisconsin is underrated as a state that develops talent, however, this state cannot compare to the amount of talent that Ohio high school programs are producing on an annual basis. In regards to the A-10 not having Butler--don't you think that might be a reason Jeter might want to leave, or would at least consider when weighing his options?

If the argument is that Dayton is in a better conference, the logical conclusion is that it has better programs. Well, we have Butler.
