Has copyediting really fallen so far? I lost count of the typos in that article.
That aside, Rob is exactly right that the key to this game is patience, especially on defense. Much like Wisconsin, Northwestern will work you and work you for 30 seconds or more and they can exploit you in a hurry if you make a mistake. Watch the back door cuts and DO NOT let Shurna, Juice or Marcotullio get open for a moment on the three line.
Three keys for Milwaukee: Kaylon MUST play the way he was playing down the stretch, not the way he played last week, and Ryan Allen has to be ready to man up defensively. I could see Ryan getting put on any or all of Shurna, Thompson and Crawford at times. Finally, Anthony really needs to be strong and work hard in the low post. NU's big guys are bigger, but they are not better.

Does anyone think Rob called Bo to get some insight on Northwestern?

Does anyone think Rob called Bo to get some insight on Northwestern? Why not? I know if I were a coach I'm gonna tap into every source I have to get insight on an opponent.

Why wouldn't you call your mentor and the man you've looked up to. To ask him about a team that they play twice a year.

Also can lay the blame on the reporter, too. I'm sure there have been countless times where his ass has been saved by the copy desk.

Boston College WILL be hosting a 2nd Round Home Game on either Saturday or Sunday. There was some speculation that we might get to host if we win tonight, but I called their ticket office to find out if they would be hosting.

Neither Cobb nor Capocci played in the Big Ten Tournament and NU didn't miss a beat. In fact they played as well as I've seen them play all year.
I walked by Shurna in the hallway in Indy, by the way, and he looked all of 6'8. He has a boyish look and a strange, shotput shooting style but man can he score, and he's sneaky athletic. He'll dunk on you if you give him a lane. He's kind of a Gordon Hayward-lite as a scorer.
And like I said, watch out for Marcotullio -- great 3 point shooter.
Our guys need to play smart and hard tonight, and let's hope Tone, Tony and Ja'Rob all have their shooting eyes.

Lonnie out due to injury, Tone recovering from concussion and Tony recovering from an ankle sprain according to the radio pre-game.
If our Panthers can pull off a short-handed upset against a Big 10 team on the road this will be an awesome win.
Good luck Panthers, go get them!

Nice job withstanding the first NU run.

Kaylon looks like he got banged up there as well, and has struggled the last couple posessions. Turning the ball over against a team like this is killer. Gotta avoid that.

Hope Kaylon's not hurt. Nice job so far, agree, must limit turn overs.
Did Bill just call Northwestern Villanova?
